I’m a Design Director, and I lead teams in creating digital experiences that resonate with prospects and customers. I thrive in partnering to build consensus, transform ecosystems and organizations, and deliver results that delight.
Growing up on Outer Cape Cod, I was surrounded by nature, eccentricity, and tourists. I had a natural curiosity about how things worked, from working with my father, a plumber, to learning the meaning of humility while working in the service industry.
My journey as a designer is similar: I came up working in agencies, building relationships, and turning out polished, award-winning work. I had several long engagements where I could build a team, and evolve the product through research, testing, and data to achieve our share vision. That brings us to who I am today: a UX Director and leader rooted in usability and conversion, who hasn’t forgotten his roots in visual design that sparkles.
